IMPORTANT – READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT.
LICENSE AGREEMENT

The enclosed software is owned by Dulaney Software Group and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaties. Dulaney Software Group grants you the right to use one copy of this software on a single computer. This software may not be
loaded onto a network unless a license has been purchased for each computer on the network. You may, however, make copies of this software for backup purposes.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Dulaney Software Group warrants that this software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of 60 days from the date of receipt. Your sole and exclusive remedy and Dulaney Software Group sole and exclusive liability shall
be, at Dulaney Software Group option, either replacement of the software or a refund of the purchase price.

The above warranty is the only warranty or representation of any kind with respect to the software made by Dulaney Software Group. Dulaney Software Group disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, with regard to this software including implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Dulaney Software Group be liable for any consequential, special, incidental, direct, or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the use of this software or any defect in this software even if Dulaney Software Group has been advised of the
possibility of such damages.

The laws of the State of Arizona govern this agreement.
